Our stay at Ferndale was just incredible! The attention to detail throughout the hotel made it feel luxurious, yet so personal. Jon and Alex really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, and the unique room design made our experience truly memorable. The only downside was that we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything. The value for money is exceptional, especially given the outstanding service and delicious meals offered.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Ferndale! The unique, themed rooms were breathtakingly designed with such careful attention to detail, and the breakfasts were nothing short of outstanding.
